This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted for purchases made on RousseauAI’s marketing sites and landing pages. Because most RousseauAI offerings are digital products delivered immediately (e.g., Toolkits, Playbooks/Guides, 7-Day Challenges, templates), special rules apply.

Bundles & promotions purchased on our sites.
Add-ons/credits tied to the above (e.g., challenge credit-back offers).
Not covered here: App subscriptions or in-app purchases on https://app.rousseauai.com (see App Terms of Use) and agency/consulting services.
All sales are final once digital access is granted or files are delivered.
Prior to access/delivery: see regional rules below (EU/UK withdrawal) and our goodwill cases.
If you request immediate access/delivery and acknowledge you will lose the withdrawal right (e.g., by checking a box at checkout), then no refund is due once access begins or files are delivered.
If you do not request immediate access and access has not begun, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
We provide clear language at checkout to capture this consent where applicable.
A) Toolkits, Playbooks/Guides, Templates (downloadables or gated pages)
Refunds are not available after any material is accessed or downloaded.
If no access or download occurred, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund. (Adjust if you prefer a different window.)
B) 7-Day Challenges
Non-refundable after the challenge start date or after any challenge materials are accessed.
If you enroll early and no materials were accessed and the challenge hasn’t started, you may request a refund up to 24 hours before the start.
If your challenge includes a credit-back incentive (e.g., “$97 credit toward a Toolkit”), credits are non-refundable once issued but remain usable per the credit terms (see Section 6).
C) Bundles & Promotions
Bundle components are not refundable individually once the bundle is purchased.
If a bundle includes a live challenge, the challenge rule above applies to the challenge component; other components follow A).
Outside the EU/UK withdrawal rules, RousseauAI may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill refund if all of the following are true:
You request within 7 days of purchase;
No materials were accessed or downloaded;
No live challenge window has started; and
No credits or bonuses have been redeemed.
This goodwill policy is optional and may be declined in cases of abuse, excessive refund history, or fraud concerns.
Credit-back (e.g., $97 Challenge credit): Credits are non-refundable once issued and not redeemable for cash.
Expiration: Credits and coupons expire on the date stated at issuance (recommend: 6–12 months — set your preference).
Stacking: Unless stated otherwise, credits/coupons cannot be combined.
We will promptly refund duplicate charges or clearly erroneous transactions once verified. Please contact us with the order email, date/time, and last-4 of the card used.
If you believe a transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized, contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate. Filing chargebacks without contacting us may delay resolution. Proven fraud/unauthorized use will be refunded.

We typically respond within 2–5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank/card provider (typically 3–10 business days after we issue).
We are unable to refund to a different method or in cash.
Refunds include base price and applicable taxes we collected. Third-party currency conversion or bank fees are not controlled by RousseauAI and may not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we see:
Repeated refund requests for multiple products,
Evidence of access/downloads prior to a refund request, or
Violations of our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
